Window Art

This idea started off on the Isle of Wight in 2022 as a really cool way of adding some festive cheer for a few people who didn't want the traditional decorations.  Window Art is quickly spiralling into an all year round solution for those who want to bring some colour and interest to home windows or store fronts.

But what will this kind of work cost?

Window Art is generally a little quicker to create than mural art and as such is a great temporary solution for advertising or seasonal decoration.  

My Window Art minimum fee is £350 and this covers an initial chat and brainstorm, a design mock-up and one day painting with all basic materials included. I then charge £250 per additional day painting if your design is particularly big or complex.

I use a mixture of paints and paint markers and it is possible to work on the inside or the outside of the window - depending on the design and whether your windows are prone to excessive condensation. 

Most Window Art designs can be executed in a day and are intended to last for a few months depending on exposure to the elements! Window art is easy to remove using some dish soap to soften the paint and a wide razor to scape the design off the window.
